Warrenty
We do our utmost to deliver the products ordered by you in good condition. However, it is possible that something happens to the products during transport so that you can claim your warranty. Legally, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of the discovery of the defect. If the defect falls within the scope of the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement.
Complaints
It is possible that it does not go as planned. We recommend that you first inform us of any complaints by sending an e-mail to us (info@jimandangel.com). We will respond as soon as possible to find the best possible solution for your problem.
From 15 February 2016, it will also be possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
Certificate of Authenticity
Each artwork comes with a Certificate of Authenticity with the date, the unique name of the artwork, the year in which it was made and the original signatures of the artists.

Garantie
Wij geven om onze producten en doen logischerwijze ons best om deze in topconditie aan u te leveren. Toch komt het wel eens voor dat er een bestelling kapot gaat tijdens transport of dat er iets anders gebeurt waardoor u aanspraak kunt maken op garantie. Wettelijk gezien bent u verplicht om binnen twee maanden na constatering van het gebrek melding bij ons hierover te maken. Indien het gebrek binnen de garantie valt, dan zullen wij kosteloos zorg dragen voor reparatie of vervanging.
Het kan altijd voorkomen dat er iets niet helemaal gaat zoals gepland. We raden u aan om klachten eerst bij ons kenbaar te maken door te mailen naar ons e-mailadres (info@jimandangel.com). Wij zullen dan ons uiterste best doen om een oplossing voor het probleem te vinden. Vanaf 15 februari 2016 is het ook mogelijk om uw klacht aan te melden bij het ODR-platform van de Europese Commissie (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
Elk kunstwerk wordt geleverd met een Certificaat van Echtheid met daarop de datum, de unieke naam van het kunstwerk, het jaartal waarin het is gemaakt en de originele handtekeningen van de kunstenaars.
